Welcome and thank you for stopping by!
I’m here again with another ATC series. I’m a member at Swap-bot.com and I regularly have the privilege of swapping ATC cards with other crafters and artists. In June I created this series for a swap with other swap partners. Making these allows me to sent words of encouragement, wisdom and even humor to others from different parts of the world. For me it’s a way to spread kindness and hopefully for one moment in time give someone a reason to smile.
For this series I used the “Beautiful Day” stamp set that came in the April’s Simon Says Stamps kit.
ATC #1 “Strong” – The background for all the ATCs was created using oxide inks and a small background stamps.
ATC #2 “Inspire” – The words are from Tim Holtz Chitchat stickers. I have a bunch of these always in my supplies, since they are so versatile when crafting and adding sentiments.
ATC #3 “Imagine” – Small stamps are great to use with ATCs to fill and add texture to the background.
ATC #4 “Strength” – The coloring for all the leaves and butterflies was done with watercolor markers by Zig Clean Brush.
ATC #5 “May your day be full of Sunshine” – For all the ATCs I also added some enamel dots as embellishments to add even more dimension.
Hopefully I have inspired you give an ATC swap a try or at least given you some ideas for your next craft. The links to the materials I used are at the end of this post.
Always remember to nourish your creative soul!
